We fired our new family member Piccolo on the weekend and WOW, just loved the experience and the taste was just amazing. It was my first experience with a wood fired oven so I need to learn and polish my skills :)

I've used the Piccolo many times now and love the pizza's we make from it! I Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to cook other dishes in it yet.

I have used my pizza oven at both home and work for about 15-20 pizza’s at one time, it was a true beast in getting the pizza’s out and cooked beautifully, totally love it. This is the perfect mobile unit for moving around to different places with small groups.

We absolutely love our piccolo oven!! We have had plenty of great pizza nights with our family and friends. It's become an event to have pizza night at our place!! It has completely taken over from the typical kiwi barbecue gatherings

I’ve never had so much fun! Two nice slices of salmon, seasoned with oil and thyme, smoked with apple chips and cooked at a moderate temperature 150 C Cooked in about 20 minutes, 65 C to the heart Very tasty, well cooked and succulent, not dry I am very happy with my purchase! Enjoy Chiara, Italy |
It’s easy to use and cook in, the hard bit is getting the dough right. We didn’t use enough flour and it stuck to our bench top.

I have used our Piccolo oven now about 6 times with some great results. I'm still working on the firing as I tend to use too much fuel and the glass gets blackened as a result. But I guess with more use I'll get it right.

All items are received and was well packed.
I have assembled it and taken a small video of it and posted on the danish grill forum page - and initially I have already had many people asking where to buy it and saying that it is beautiful
I agree. It’s a very nice oven - and I am looking forward to warmer days than 4 degrees that we have at the moment

The Piccolo is simple put, incredible! It heats up fast, and retains heat for a long time. While the inside of the oven maybe at 650°f (the hottest I've needed to get it thus far) the outside is cool to the touch. I baked a pizza today in less than 2 minutes, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Piccolo for any backyard Pizza enthusiast.

Just wanted to say, the Piccolo Pizza Oven is the best thing we have ever brought. It has been easy to use and clean. We love that we can use the Piccolo pizza oven for not only pizzas, but for bbq ribs, bread, roasts, vegetables and desserts!
We love showing our family and friends all the delicious foods we have created! My husband is already talking about getting the orange piccolo pizza oven for when life goes back to normal and we can have more people over This is the best thing ever!

We celebrated our little girl turning 11 yesterday. First of many Pizza Party's I am sure. Could not recommend Piccolo Pizza Ovens more. Made catering so easy and everyone loved the delicious pizza's. I had fun decorating too. Even getting a Pizza Pinata made!
