Cut all the ingredients into cubes and put them in the skewers Prepare the marinade with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 100 ml of white wine, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 1 bay leaf. Arrange the skewers in a bowl with the marinade, making them flavor well. Add a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of pepper and let the meat skewers marinate for 20 minutes.
